Necessary documents for representative office registration:

• application;
• certificate of company registration notary copy with register office adress (or additional register office certificate notary copy);
• bank certificate with account number (notary); 
• warrant (on a certain person) for representative functions on territory of Ukraine with pointing of plenary powers of representative (notary);
• additional documents can be requested.
